Join us for a dinner event with Carlin Karr, the wine director on the James Beard Award-winning team at Boulder’s renowned restaurant, Frasca Food and Wine, as well as Tavernetta in Denver.
Named Food & Wine Magazine's Sommelier of the Year in 2018, Carlin is teaming up with our sommelier, beverage manager of Abe Fisher Steven McAllister, for a night celebrating memorable wines produced across central Europe and northern Italy.
Steven's wines will stay in Abe Fisher’s regional wheelhouse of Central Europe –– Hungary, Austria, and Slovenia –– all countries that are a part of the Jewish diaspora.
Carlin will extend the night’s wine tour with a trip to the adjacent wine-growing region of Tre Venezie, which emcompasses three major wine growing regions in Northeastern Italy.
